I am care manager and consultant, 15 years of experience on Health and Social Care, I have experience to open new healthcare business from residencial, domiciliary, supported living & others. I am looking for partners whom has a house from 5 to 10 bedrooms to set it up as either residencial home care or supported living home care. the business its in demand, profitable and involve on British health sectors. Proprieties investor Cofounder has minimum of 5 bedroom house or more to start it as Supported Living home care and/or Residencial Home care business each bedroom will cost £750 a week £3000 a month cross income: 5 bedrooms x £3000 month = £15000 month total cost: 2 X Care workers = £2000 month Care Manager which will be myself average salary is £3000 this will be discussed with the partner net profit is £10000 a month
